Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours and delivered in 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Is shipping complimentary?

Yes — on prepaid orders above ₹999. Other orders are charged by weight and destination, shown at checkout.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, with a ₹50 fee.

How does the complimentary kurti work?

For a limited period, Signature Style orders above ₹1,000 receive a complimentary kurti worth ₹399, and orders above ₹1,500 one worth ₹599. It is packed with your order.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes — a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact. Damaged or incorrect items are always replaced.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details are shared by SMS, email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. If you have an account, you can also see it under My account → Orders.

How do I choose my size?
